Over a decade I've had this account, and it just keeps getting worse. They put multiple fake emails in your inbox that are ads. it's formatted the same as an email, when you go to open it, it takes you to an advertiser. additionally I have notifications on, and it will go 6+ hours to notify me of an email.
TURN THE VOLUME DOWN BEFORE OPENING. This app is HORRID. Loud, full page ads before I can view my inbox? Fun. If I could slap the shite out of whoever designed this fun-filled ad experience, I would gladly do so. Fire that guy. 3 am is not when I want to open my phone and be greeted by some weird epic theme music about whatever was being advertised. I don't know what it was. immediate app closure and delete. Do better. one of the most annoying experiences for a mail app.
Update: Instead of fixing the bugs listed below, now the app crashes at least once a day, if not more. Out of 4 different email apps that I use, this is the only one where I may have to try and open an email up to 20 times for it to actually open and display data. Also, after deleting emails from my inbox, when logging in through a browser, they have somehow returned. This app has only gone downhill in the last 3 years. Maybe go back to the drawing board because every change just makes it worse.
I am glad I took the time to set up this email just to test out. I have now had it going on, I think 1 year. This is by far one of the worst "free" email accounts I've ever had. From navigation, settings, lack of features, and excessively annoying ads. I always purchase email upgrades like storage and/or premium features from good quality apps that offer something, but I wouldn't spend a dime on this junk platform. Email me when you put some effort in or have something to offer.
There is 0 support service. I've sent them email after email and 0 responses and it simply doesn't work. I can't even access all of my account settings and it doesn't matter if I'm on my phone, my pc, or my friends pc... I'm also unable to add an authenticator no matter how many times I try. The website or the app lets me go through the process of adding the authenticator, the codes even up after but when I check, IT'S NOT CONNECTED EVERY SINGLE TIME AND DOESN'T REQUIRE THE CODE
