Don't buy. Camera movement through app is slow. I have my camera to always record because the record-on-movement option, it was too slow. Once the person ,or object, was gone, the camera would start recording. And finally, my biggest problem is that I can no longer access what is on the card. It always says connection error. So completely useless now to me.

I have had this device for about 3yrs and absolutely loved it!!! Since the last update I really don't like it at all!!!!!!! It is slow tip pick up and record movement and going through playback is very tedious and stressful. Also no longer keeps correct time. It used to be very easy in a clear line and never missed a thing and timing stayed the same. PLEASEE RETURN TO PREVIOUS VERSION: (

Too many ads. And night vision is forced. For a hidden security camera, it's not safe. If it's night and a burger cuts on a light it'll give my camera location away. The night vision is automatic, and loud! If there is dim light it'll constantly cut off and on and it's annoying. Please add a night vision toggle option or I'm returning the product. Thank you.

The problem that I am having with the app is when someone pushes the button on the video doorbell and quickly moves out of view the app does not let me record that moment when the person is in view, they can out smart the save record, download function. It would be ideal if it were to be able to grab the complete moment and maybe just a second beforehand.

Update: still no response. They don't care about customers. Useless camera now. Unresponsive Customer Service. If you can actually get the help message to go through on the app they say "sorry to hear this, please send us an email" then you email and they never respond. When you click on "Help and Feedback" and then "notification center" when the app says they have responded, all I get now is "network error". They ignore emails and servers are constantly down.
