I have been using this since March of '25. it's not user friendly but it's better than the website which literally cannot be optimized for a mobile browser. suddenly, this app no longer does LITERALLY ANYTHING. like, every single thing you might interact with either opens the (I cannot stress this enough, utterly useless in Mobile) website, or just doesn't do anything anymore. if anyone is using this app to report timesheets for a software job go see if you can get them to hire you to fix this
Doesn't work. Upon opening the app, the UI is misaligned with my phone screen and there is nowhere for me to log in and access my time sheet. It only has me "complete registration" and if I try to use my login credentials there, it's invalid. I got this for convenience, but it has thus far been inconvenient. Looks like I'll have to use my computer instead.
Never works properly. Every new week you can put in a new time but then it freezes. After that it doesn't show the week or any way to put in time. The app made it easier to translate the exact time that was spent working and I was always on time when I had to send in my tinesheet. Having to do it through the website and figure out the exact minutes when you are busy is very hard. I've been sending in my time sheet late and sometimes don't even get paid because the app screwed me over.
This app has not been compatible with any phone I've used it with. It will run, but with a barely usable interface. Some buttons don't display a word to let you know what it does. The buttons that read with the "label." before it. I prefer using the website, where there's a better overview of hours worked, daily hours worked make it easy to tell when you've hit overtime, and all functions are easily readable. But most browsers are now incompatible. Can't access it with my phone or work computer.
It's really hard to get paid when both the app and the website dont even load or take 10 minutes to load every time you click or press something. Doesnt matter what wifi or internet connection you're on. It's almost impossible to work. I'd uninstall it but I dont have a choice in the matter. So I guess there's no reason to fix it then. Good job guys, you're making getting my paycheck a living hell.
