Love this little machine. Overall both the vacuuming and mopping work great. I've had 3 other brands of robot vacuums and mops but this is my first combo unit. It's equivalent or better so far. It's fairly quiet too. The negatives: it does not always recognize items stuck in the vacuum so it frequently drags things like socks or cords around the house while it works. If its path is blocked on its initial route, it does not return to try that area again so you may have to send it out again.
My app has been working great until the April 15 update. Suddenly I can't access any of my maps, and I now don't have any controls over when the bin empties. My robot seems to know where it's going, so I think it still has access to the maps, but I just don't. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice this weekend, and have reset the Wi-Fi on my robot, powered it down, etc, but nothing is working to fix it. Very frustrating.
I really liked the vacuum and app at first. The mapping feature is cool. I like that you can put no-go zones, mark carpet areas, etc. However, after using it a few days I came home and it was disconnected from the network. It took me 30 minutes to reconnect and pair through my network to the app. it was very frustrating. A few weeks later I didn't use it for a day. Then an update came out and suddenly it lost the map of my house. Now when I try to reprogram the no-go zones it cuts off the map
I've loved my Qrevo since day 1, but immediately after updating the app, it became a very expensive brick. It changed my cleaning routine just enough to get nothing clean, then it stopped working mid-mop cycle. It says it has a lidar jam, but the lidar spins freely... however, the wheels won't move. Now I can't get it to recognize that it's been put (manually) on the dock, so I can't empty the very full onboard water bin.
The suction is excellent. It's got about a 4inch in diameter that's an inch +/- high that causes the unit to get stuck or trapped when it goes under things. My Eufy had a smooth top and was able to easy go under all my furniture. the 2nd issue, and the biggest reason for my 4 star, is the dust bin is on the same side it uses to charge. So to empty the bin, you have to manually take it off, and return it to the charging station. it's difficult to tell if you put the unit on the charger correct
