I have been a user of this for years. Unfortunately, the app has had me stuck in a loop that I cannot get out of. I've been struggling for a month with emailing for help, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's still stuck with a survey that wants to view my Instagram account. I continue to receive a white screen and no way to get back. I've resorted to copying the link in my browser because the link takes me to the app, which isn't working. I like the rewards but this is frustrating.
As much as I enjoy the surveys on this app, my only problem is that almost every time I take a gift card out, instead of getting it in my inbox immediately or waiting 3 to 4 days for it, I end up waiting either two weeks to over a month for it. And it's been happening a lot more often and that sucks! I don't know why it keeps happening but it bothers me very much when that happens.
It offers regular surveys and pays out quickly once the threshold is reached, although it can take a while to reach it. the payment rates are lower than some other sites. the surveys are often interesting, although the ones about brand impressions can be very repetitive and tedious. I like the daily questions and flash surveys. it's frustrating that I can't upload data for the connections via the phone app as I don't have access to a desktop computer for personal use.
I really loved this survey app when I first downloaded it. But it has changed. On 3 different occasions I I was offered 750 points to complete a study and near the end of it a offer popped up and said if u complete this short survey u get an extra 100 points and of course I agreed to do it and at the end after completing the second one it only gave me 100 points total! When in fact I should've gotten 850 total points. I've contacted support but no resolution so far. My time is valuable. Not fair
I'd advise anyone to not waste their time with this app. They are deceptive in their survey payout, promising to pay a certain amount to complete a survey and then at the end of the long survey telling you that your payout is reduced. It takes forever to get enough points to be able to cash out and the meager points given are not worth the amount of time spent to earn them. Just no.
