The app used to work fine. I was reviewing the liquor ad since it's not in stores and only available online or on the app. When I tried to click on the item to see more, the entire liquor store app disappeared. I tried clicking back, but I had no luck. I can bring up another ad, but the page remains blank when I attempt to retrieve the liquor ad.
7/1/26 again, you cannot see the entire print ad in the app. this happened a few months ago and was fixed and now it's happening again. this is moronic. what company today would update their app and make it more difficult to use? the print ad is impossible to zoom in on or to move around in without swiping a ton of times to get it to move a little bit. I would like to shop at Winn-Dixie but I need to see the ad first. it's like they hate money.
Edit: They fixed the coupon issue, now when looking for a product it only pops up with a genric label and no products. Also, no longer shows available items under the coupons. When clipping coupons when you click one it reloads each time and you have to scroll all the way back through from the top back to where you were just to keep finding the coupons.
This app is worse than a new DLC. It's having constant issues. I can't look at prices anymore, and when viewing the ad if I want to highlight something to get a better look it jumps way down the page, and when I want to look at the "print ad" it chops half of it off while taking forever to load. I love shopping at Winn Dixie, but with this sellout to Aldi has someone doing some serious lacking. Why can't we have anything good anymore? Everything seems to be swirling in the toilet. NO MO ALDI
The original app worked fine. So, obviously - they had to 'fix' it. This version is buggy as hell. The shopping list feature freezes constantly - especially when you're removing items. Visually, with few exceptions, the items on your list appear as line art - not the color images from the weekly ad. And, with no additional info. The weekly ad changed from the print ad layout to a collection of boxes. Adding an item to your list will often freeze the app here too. The Publix app works better.
