I really want to love this app. However, I can't, and that's a shame First, I love the idea of their account sync system. you set up multiple accounts once then all your other devices are set to go. The UI looks decent and modernized too. I also LOVE the idea that can create templates. Unfortunately, that is about it. There are several deal-breaker that drives me away from this app. I can't believe it does have the option to choose between "conversation view" or "standard email view". All the emails with the same subject are grouped under 1 thread and that's a big No No for me. At least you gotta let people choose~ Another flaw is that some of my emails show up twice sometimes and it does not mark read if I read them from my laptop...... For now, the dealbreaker is big enough for me to delete this app, but I hope this can be fixed in the future.
Starting last month, my go-to email app, Outlook, keeps crashing and falling out of sync repeatedly. Support was no help. I went back to BlueMail, but caught that app not actually sending emails. I read some reviews online and decided to try this email app. Not only am I happy to report it doesn't contain ads, which is a major put-off, it has just as many features as the other two apps I mentioned as far as email. There is, sadly, no calendar, but unlike the other two apps, it actually works!!
I was waiting for this app to come out on Android for a long time! Unfortunately, I can't use it as my main email client because the fonts in the inbox view (the list) are too small and it makes it too difficult to read. I'm using slightly bigger fonts across the system but it looks like this app doesnt take this setting into account. Would it be possible to have a setting to increase the font size? Thanks!
Needs some more polish...Fonts are too small and many form emails don't rescale to use the full phone width. I'm also getting a separate notification indication for every single email, which is just ridiculous. Also, I'd like to be able to rearrange the 'smart inbox' items and put pins above newsletters, for example. Finally, if you're in an email, the action buttons at the top are a stretch with a tall Galaxy Sx phone. I love the 4-way swipe actions, though. Edit. Action buttons at the bottom, but still small fonts on html-formatted, content heavy emails. I've noticed that when my phone is in airplane mode for a while and then I take it out, the notification doesn't actually include all the new emails...for whatever reason most don't actually show up until I open the app (even if I wait 15+ minutes), which is annoying as I'd prefer to triage straight from the phone's notification list. Swipes are also a bit touchy; the short one needs to be a little bit longer.
When the app works its great... but when it doesn't, it sucks! Why am I having such a hard time sending emails? Doesn't matter if I'm connected to wifi or not. My outgoing mail gets stuck in the outbox folder and has circle of death until I delete it from folder. I shouldn't have to send emails from an actual computer....that is the point of today's smart phones! Please fix this issue 🙏
