Useless on Samsung S25 Ultra. Just download. Was able to see the login screen and login. Once I click on My Dashboard button...it looks like it's going to take me to that page...but is struggling (you can see some of the UX components trying to load)...then everything disappears and all that shows is a stark, all-white screen. Completely unclickable. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That didn't do any good. Guess I'll have to login via Chrome. Inconvenient.
I think this app became useless after this last update. It used to be an actual app that kept me logged in and in a format that was mobile friendly. Now I have to constantly log in with my password and there doesn't seem to be a remember me box. like I logged in, did something, swiped away and now need to log back in to do something else. Then once getting in, it looks like the actual website in desktop mode. This completely defeats the purpose of being a mobile app.
Trying to sign up for a training for my kids, it shows calendar from May 2018 (it is now Nov!). I have to scroll about 50 times to sign up just once. Once you sign up, it goes back again and you have to repeat for the next sign up! It is not user friendly and is not production-ready. Recommend to take it off play store, work on it and then release it again. Since it signed up correctly, it deserves one star.
The app is working great on my Pixel 7 Pro and this is going to be so much easier to use during cookie season than the website on my phone. My only complaint, which annoyed me enough to dock 2 stars for, was that the forgot password link is way too close to the login button. My thumb hit it by mistake and caused me to accidentally invalidate my password and had to set up a new one.
The app seemed to have a lot of glitches all of a sudden. It was hanging and freezing. One of my users tried to remove it and download it again to make sure she had the newest version. What a mistake. Apparently, the new version of the app is not compatible with Samsung phones. Tech support advised us that they are not working on a fix for this. "it can sometimes be challenging to provide accessibility across all devices."
