This app does not have have very many options. It's confusing on how to update shifts and add shifts that could not be clocked due to data issues Wi-Fi issues, battery issues. Whatever the reason the app not working itself. Also, you should really have pay stubs and W twos W fours, all of these things that could be resourceful for the staff to be able to find out what their paycheck was. There's nothing like that in this app. And I would prefer all of it to be in one.

App was working fine, then two days ago it stopped loading. I cleared the cache, but no luck, then cleared the data, again no luck. I then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It loads great, logs me in as normal, then I get to the permissions to allow access to data, and it sends me back to login. I tried denying access to data and it sent me back to login. This is very frustrating because I use this app to see my route in the morning.

I work for AAA roadside in Orlando and for years this app has been trash since it's very first launch. I don't know why it constantly crashes, freezes, can't close out calls properly, etc.... We've been complaining about it as a fleet that relies on this app to work but it doesn't. Especially on weekends, it gets worse. I'm not able to clear out calls properly during my shift and even management are constantly having trouble with the whole system. Get it right IT department.

If you value efficiency, this app is not for your company. Does nothing but add unnecessary time, delays, and complication to our work day. It's one reason I'm leaving my current job for another. So if you're looking to annoy your experienced techs so they will leave and you can hire untrained techs for half the rate, there's an app for that...but be careful what you ask for.

App is incompatible with Android. Has many errors and lags very much. Clocked into the app for my job only to find that when I try to go back in to clock out the app no longer works and refuses to let me back into the app. In turn, I have to delete the app, reinstall it and my clock in hours are no longer there. Very inconvenient. Difficult and quite frustrating. How can I do my job when I look at my job's how to videos on how to clock in and out that it looks completely different on IPhone!
