The biggest issue with this app is the syncing and app search functionalities. When I'm searching for a login that doesn't exist on my phone (bc of syncing issues), the app has a whole browser and it googles whatever you searched if it can't find a login. That has to be the single most infuriating feature. Under literally 0 circumstances would I ever want to use this app as a browser. When I'm searching, I'm looking for saved logins. Just remove the browser entirely, it is/was wasted development
It's nice to have all my passwords in one place but the app does not work without flaws. The latest app added a confirmation of filling your password that takes up half or more of the screen when it used to be a simple pop up window. Also if it doesn't match a password to the login screen that I'm on and I choose to "browse all logins" when I try to search my logins it closes and goes back to the webpage that I'm trying to login to.
Works great on a desktop and in some phone apps but I can't get it to fill login credentials or payment info in some android apps. I've fiddled with it but I guess it's just more trouble than it's worth to me. it's still better than LastPass but even though I'm paid up I'm here looking for a replacement. the roboform browser is almost impossible to use on a phone due to the tiny text on the sites it opens
Been using Roboform for a long time and it worked great. The app was great that you could enable biometrics/pin to log in so you don't have enter Master Password every time. Unfortunately, that just randomly stopped working for me one day and the issue has not been resolved despite contacting Roboform support, reinstalling app, re-enrolling biometrics on phone, etc. It is frustrating to use now, to the point I am considering moving to a different password manager.
I've been using Roboform for at least 25 years. I love that it's compatible with every device I've had during that time including Windows and Mac computers, Apple and Android phones and tablets. I have never had a security issue. I trust Roboform completely. I especially love the 'generate password' feature because you can create very secure passwords. I currently have an iMac desktop and an android phone and there are no issues with sync.
