A little odd after it was installed. A page popped up to install a QR reader/scanner and I had just done that. I hit the back arrow and got another weird page. So I closed the app, found the icon and started over. A little problem in a dimly lit room but the app has a button to tune the light on. Moved the phone a little bit and it immediately came up with the URL. The original QR scanner worked sporadically and I had deleted it before installing this app. Great extras in this app.

I got charged without asking for authentication or biometric for acknowledgement even it is set on. I cannot find thr customer service of this application to raise my concern. I just installed this application in a rush due to emergency because i thought my phone doesn't have built in QR scanner but right before using it, i found it on my camera so i un installed it right away to avoid any inconvenience. But what I'm afraid of just happened. I'm hoping you could work with me on this one.

I've tried a few QR Codes and so far this has proven to provide the best service and has been very reliable. What I don't understand is every time I open the app, I get a message that it needs to be updated and a app comes up to download, but is is always another qr app, not Red Sky, why?
