Your app sucks. The link to my PayPal account is broken and cannot be refreshed. Linking to my Venmo account failed. You owe me money, and I cannot cash it out. Edit: For the sake of completion, I cannot even redeem my rewards on a gift card without an error. Unless you like doing surveys for free, do not use this app. Edit: I emailed support on 6/22. It is 7/3 and still no response.
I have been using this app for many years without any issues with great customer service. Now all of sudden, not only did it randomly log me out of my account. When I attempt to log back it "only once", it says too many attempts (try again later) when I'm certain that my password was entered correctly the first time. Very strange Qmee. If you guys are going out of business just be honest and inform the loyal users. It's that simple.
QMEE went through changes this year and not good ones. ever since, I am disqualified from every survey. sometimes I do a survey, it says completed, but I get no reward. I used to get partial rewards from qmee if I spent a good amount of time on a survey before I got kicked out but no more. the option to close account and delete all data never works, always says to contact qmee. update: emailed support May 6th to close account, response received June 1st.
Used this app for months completing surveys and cashing out small amounts without issues. Payouts were sometimes delayed and called “technical issues.” When my balance reached about $2.80 and I tried to cash out to PayPal, it stopped working. Support requested verification, I provided it, but got no reply. After that, I only see “no surveys available,” so I can’t earn or withdraw. This issue has not been resolved, which is concerning.
Do not use this app. Over the last 1.5 hours I've gotten paid just over a dollar. That's it. Many of the surveys were completed and mysteriously froze at the very end, including a few that were close to half an hour long. This app rips you off by stealing your time. It never used to be like that. Sincerely, Me, a user of this app for 5+ years. F U, Qmee.
