it's easy enough but it never seems to be punctual with my transactions. it's always delayed by a day or two. I keep checking to make sure it doesn't need an update because when I get paid and pay some bills and check my balance and the bill isn't even pending or posted within 24 hours... it gets annoying. plus with the chance of getting an over draft fee. it's a tedious line. I wish it was better than just it's layout. like it has a job that it only partially does.
This app used to work great. Not anymore. It's become very frustrating just to use mobile check deposit. I have to try taking a picture of my check many times before it actually works, and then when I tried to go online to log in on the website, it calls me and slowly reads a six digit number that I'm supposed to enter into the website to verify my identity. The issue with that is that by the time I've gotten the six-digit number, hang up, and go back to the website, the page needs to reload.
I went to deposit a check, and had to retake the picture twice, despite not seeing anything wrong with it. Then when I finally got it ready for deposit your app said it was unavailable and of course it told me I had to sign in again and redo the pictures. They also sent us fully activated charge cards in the mail......if they had been stolen, I wouldn't even have been able to prevent false charges.
Now says "We need to confirm your identity" and they says text or call and with either option it texts or calls immediately, but then says to go back to app and you can continue, but it does not continue, it just sits on that screen says we are calling you. And when you hit the back button it says "we need you to keep going so you don't loose progress". I can't log in to my account.
Everything works well, except the bill pay. I wish it would deduct the amount of the payment from my checking account immediately. Payments first show as scheduled, and disappear when issued with no accounting of the payment. Once the payee cashes the check, it is finally deducted from the account. If the payment amount was deducted from my account balance immediately, it would easily help me track my available funds and lessen the chance of an accidental overdraft.
