Good password storage, rarely autofills, buggy. Although advertised as having autofill function, it's not seamless as other options, most of the time I just copy and past the user names and passwords because it's too much hassle to try and get Nord to autofill, autofill often triggers AFTER I manually paste everything, unhelpful. It also tris to fill in OTP fields a lot, very annoying, but it's a common issue with every other option I tested. Also asks me to save credentials already saved.
So buggy. It's been like this for literal years. I would switch if it wasn't so much work. Autofill rarely works. Once it's working again, the next app update breaks it. It's currently broken again, and the NordPass interface isn't even on the screen to report the autofill issue. It constantly asks to save passwords that it just autofilled (when it does work). Support service is no help, they just ask for the logs and then provide no solution.
I got this password manager because I've been moving away from Kaspersky. Nord came well rated and is a known brand, but it hasn't been great for me. Starting out it wouldn't accept the export options from Kaspersy, so I had to manually input all my passwords. Since installing, I've been unable to activate autofill on my phone, S23 Ultra. And now, there's is some sort of issue with the app where it won't load and so all of my passwords are inaccessible. Just not acceptable for a password manager
45 bucks per year for Premium? Count me out. They weren't very up front about the actual cost after the initial discount hook. I had to go to the website to find it. Maybe they can survive on gullible rich users. Not a nickel out of me. Between this and Bitwarden, this is the loser. I found it clunky and not always responsive. I regret doing a 2 year subscription because I'm not going to use it now.
And heroes exactly why I gave it to stars. I have a Samsung S25, and I have noticed that every time I either open the app or it has to fill in a password. It takes takes upwards of 30 seconds for that app to load. It's just extremely slow, and that 's just something that they need to get over.
