This app IS TRASH!!! I tried to change my Wi-Fi from mixed to 2.4 so I could connect my smart plugs but it wouldn't let me take it off mixed frequency. I tried different settings and I was online with someone from Linsys support for 3.5 hours and whatever they asked me to do did absolutely NOTHING!! I had no issues with Linksys before and it's sad that I have 2 Linksys routers that will NOT allow me to connect my smart plugs. I'm DONE with Linksys!!! Their routers are TRASH anymore!! DO BETTER!

Freezes a lot. To a point where a re-install of the app needs to happen all the time. Parental controls are unusable. (So not sure what additional charges would bring to the table if app is unresponsive). Also, while on a network, it will take a very long time to display devises. And in most cases Shows wrong device names and wrong pictures of them. a lot of times even though I'm connected to wifi it's telling me I'm not. when clearly I'm online. I've been trying to do this for past 2 hrs

This app is a joke. Tried using it to finish setting up my mesh. When first trying to sign in via the router it kept saying it couldn't find it. Then I created an account and when I try to add an existing mesh, it doesn't even search for one. When I click the button, it pops up instantly saying something went wrong and to call them.

The parental controls on my devices never stay saved, every couple of days I have to set them all back up again. The icons and names of the devices also randomly change by themselves to gibberish, so I have to spend time trying to figure them out again. The worst app I've ever used and I can't wait til I can get a router from a different company with an app that might actually save my settings permanently.

I used the app for about 30 seconds and decided it was bad. I tried to put in the password for my router that I'm connected to and it told me I had to update it. So I followed the directions in the app to update it and I couldn't even input anything into the space, like it was totally blanked out and the lettering looked all messed up. Honestly it looked like a bad phishing site.
