Used to watch 1 ad for a free visit, then 2, now its 3 and often 6. The need to add some offers while others are automatically added is ridiculous and frustrating. Just add them all automatically already. Even offers that are added do not always come off. There are a lot of features but like any rewards card its not designed to reward you its designed to get you to spend more money than you normally would. If you are careful you can use it to your advantage though.
This update is horrible if you are road tripping and trying to plan stops along your route. You view one location on the map and then when you try to zoom out to view a different kwik trip location, the app will not let you zoom out. The map will automatically rezoom in the location you just looked at and not let you zoom out at all unless you force exit the app. Super frustrating when trying to look at multiple locations across a large area.
I just went to put in my address for the relatively newish delivery feature, and I could not see what I was typing. My keyboard pop up would squish the text boxes out of the visible window. When i checked my typing, my address was backwards from how I'd typed it, as if I was typing from right to left instead of left to right. I had to leave the app and type it out in a document, then copy/paste it into the box. For delivery. Another attempt, the cart changed from delivery to pickup without show
Would be nice if all KT products were offered for purchase in the app. When I search for buns, products come up with a photo of the burger and hot dog buns, but neither is an option to purchase. Makes no sense. Frustrating to those who want to shop with you! It's not because the store is out of something, that isn't the case. Happens with many products in all locations near me. Coupons disappear without using them, BEFORE expiration date. Not better than the best, Kwik Trip. Disappointing.
Kwik Trip has one of the best rewards programs. They also offer daily deals throughout the week, and sweepstakes you can enter by using reward points. Keep your eyes open for when they're giving stuff away. Absolutely free, no purchase necessary. A couple examples- a gallon of milk ( skim, 2%, whole) and another time a free energy drink. This app is easy to use and holds all the info you need. I look at app to see whats on sale before I go into store.
