You don't provide an option to save settings as default. Half the time your app doesn't appear in the list of apps when I hit print. You display an ad at the bottom of the print settings menu for HP Smart, which I already have installed. But here's why I prefer this app. You gave us the vital ability to free adjust sizing/position by hand. That alone, to me, makes it the best. I don't think even HP Smart has that option, which is really not so HP Smart. Please consider fixing these issues.
I really dislike trying to find a phone number. I really dislike having both printers on one bill and paying for one of them twice. I really don't like seeing that the printer that got paid twice is expired!!! I paid on my photo 7200 this morning or so I thought, and I still can't print!! wth is going on? I'm tired of all of this and you make it very difficult to navigate your site.
Have used this for years and had no problems printing whatsoever. Something with this latest version keeps causing prints to only print a 1/4 of the actual size. LaserJet Pro M12w. I have tried every option I can to get things to print correctly. Auto detect paper, not auto detect paper and only select letter size. Tried Android printing on, android printing off. Fill to page, fit to page, nothing works. Something is wrong with the app.
In 2018 this was a Great app as evidenced below. Since 2023 it has become nothing but a means of controlling users. If you change wi-fi with your phone you can no longer communicate with the printer to change the Wi-Fi because they have to be on the same network. Threw the printer away finally. Never have to think about it, it just works whenever I want to print. Good job. I dont know why but it seems to be printing slowly when a job is sent from my phone (Android)
Have run into unusual/not really acceptable delays when finishing up the print job. Device recognition is good as usual, and the ability to specify changes such as # of copies is now easier. Still by far is one of the handiest apps on my Galaxy Note 8...still wouldn't want to be without it. 1/4/2020 Update. Delays for simple 4-line document(s) example endorsing checks, is not acceptable at all. Resorting to printing from notebook computer instead.
