Security & Privacy Review
Great app for shopping from food to makeup to household items. They give recommendations that can be added to lists I can create to buy later on the free side of the app. They may not have everything I scan or search, but they do have a lot. It saves me a lot of time, since they already did the research. I did learn though, even if it's EWG certified on skin care, it may still not be the best choice, even if it's organic. But help with the next best thing on their scoring options.
When you search for a product type like "sunscreen" it comes up with a list of products that you can select from. After you've selected a product, if you want to go back to the list of sunscreens on the prior screen, it doesn't let you, it just resets you to the beginning where you have to enter "sunscreen" into the search bar again. You lose your place in the list. Not being able to navigate backwards like most apps out there is super frustrating and a big time waster. Unacceptable :(
Love what the app offers, but the glitches that everyone describes are frustrating. 1 - While searching, if you leave/ minimize the app, or even click on a product from list, your search is gone and you have to start over. 2- Won't make lists. I've used this app (and been annoyed by it) for years. I'd pay to have a version that actually worked.
Love the concept but the app is so clunky. No matter how many times I try, it won't create a list. Frustrating to do all the research and not be and to save products that I decide on. And when I search for a particular brand it goes back to the search bar after I look at one product instead of allowing me to research all of the same brand. Wish these two features were better.
Can't make lists. No matter how many times it says I've made a list, the list doesn't exist (still an issue as of 7/2/24). As of 7/2/24- now when I search something, get results, click on an item, and try to go back to results, I have to redo the search all over again! I do a search, get results, and switch to a different app for a second? Results are gone then too. Having to redo the seach over and over is exhausting!
