It has been a horrible journey using this app. They post all of the things it can do, how it will transform your world if you upgrade. Well I did, but it brought up some idiotic Windows browser during payment. They accepted my payment, but never sent an email with confirmation, or registration. No email at all from them confirming anything. No way to contact them, or call. So basically, I was scammed for over $75 US. ...1 week later. Still not the first email from this bunch.
I appreciate the developers need to include ads in the app, and I am very willing to respect that for free use. However, in this case there are so many advertisements that it becomes unusable. Multiple banners on a single page, popups, timed video ad screens, etc. Many different kinds of ads in one use case. And exiting out of the ad forces you to the product web site rather than closing. In the end, its interface becomes a joke that can be compared to the least reputable of applications.
Negative 1 star if possible. All it would display were jpg's. None of my pdf's would populate. Besides, it is impossible to use the free version without an ad popping up every time you navigate between screens. I can't get a feel on how the app operates before I decide to the $50/yr annual pricetag. It may be a great app, but I will never know.
great app, worse service ! the application itself is very easy to use. there's a problem with the premium purchase. be careful! even when you purchase a premium, there's a bug that keeps you on basic. so you keep on paying,and get tons of ads (that you can't cancel even if you aren't interested). even if you try to sign in again,the bug is still there. i wrote them an email,hope I'll receive a refund.
Does not work anymore, a fullscreen add shows up instead with no timer or button to skip the add even after a minute !!!. The only way to exit is to kill the app. Not buying any subscriptions to open a single file a few times a year. Switching to DWG Reader that has normal adds that can be exited. Using up to date SGS25
