PRO: Has an excellent selection of cards. CONS: 1) Makes me log in every time I open it. 2) Closes immediately when I click on certain cards in the gallery. Then, when I try to reopen, it hangs. 3) When I clicked on a particular card in the gallery and viewed the interior, I accidentally clicked on "Share." That card, in Share status, appeared in my list of Sent cards but with no recipients shown. (I didn't receive the "shared" card either.)
Was so excited to have got a two year membership on a deal. Was enjoying getting to send cards whenever I wanted about anything I wanted. The cards were cute, not the best selection I've seen. Main problem is that I am not even through my first year of subscription and they have sent me an email saying that it's no longer available for that price that I paid for 2 years ($39.99) and I will have to pay again for my second year. It also stated that this is due to me being located in ND for ecards?
Since I subscribed to Blue Mountain, I was unable to access the site. I keep getting an "Our apologies" message whenever I try to use it. It's been a couple of weeks now, and whatever I try to do, I get the same message saying they will have it fixed soon. I can't even access the Contact US option so that I can cancel my subscription. Extremely frustrating as I'm paying for nothing. I've used Blue Mountain in the past, and it was great, but now it feels like a scam.
I installed app. I sent 1 card out. I was charged $6.99. No free trial as advertised. Now I try to get back into the app, and it freezes and says access denied. not sure what the problem is, and also why I was not able to send a free card.. update: I have been trying to get a refund for the past 10 months. I keep canceling and they still auto bill me every month! no response upon contacting them. Don't waste your time if they can't practice good business!
This new app you're utilizing is horrible. I've had to re-do an anniversary E-card several times, because the first time it shared it with I don't know. I never got to select a recipient and it is sending on June 3, when I need it sent June 5. Then I re- did it changed to recipient email and changed the preferred date. But it made me list the recipient 3 times. Then I tried to re-do and send with gift card, paying with PayPal. It declined my Discover card. So I decided to send it without a gift.
