have been using this app for years, absolutely love it! with recent update today (5/25/26) though I had things marked for don't forget and was going through other new items in my "hey" section. marked "read all" and my "don't forget" items are now also gone and I have no feed to show what's been coming through either. if there is a way to still see this without checking each project you are on, please inform me.
Update is a mess! The user interface is so confusing. I can no longer find my bookmarks; I can't see how my groups are communicating; I have to hunt to get to messaging. It was never a great app to use in the first place, but the update has made things so much worse. I hope that my organization will find a different app to use, but for now, my hands are tied, and I will absolutely miss valuable information because of the update.
It has its perks sure but it's not like I can use it because it is Always offline!! I can't respond to any of my important messages (and it has nothing to do with my internet connection) and have to get on the desktop app to do Anything, which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. Sometimes restarting it helps but usually I just have to get on a PC. I really wish desktop app had audio cues for notifications.
Plenty of glitches where the app is inaccessible for days at a time. Not a very logical way to organize bookmarks, and the search function is not efficient, nor does it seem to follow the established protocol for search terms. Overall disorganized, inefficient and hard to navigate. I have to use it since it's the only hub for a curriculum my family uses. Unfortunate.
Notifications are turned on. All my other apps notify me even ones I don't need. This one, I need, I've allowed, I've cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled, turned my phone off and back on again. Tried the reset my phone and even checked for updates on both phone and app. Notifications show up in my email tho. I used to get Notifications in both my email and from the app on my phone. The app is faster sending them to my phone yet the emails are the only ones showing up all the sudden.
