Absolutely terrible app. You can clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall, forget the headset and repair, reset the headset and it will not matter. The app will still time out trying to load into the settings. Tried all of this on multiple phones. When I tried to send a report, it required me to export it and send it from a PC so I decided to voice this here for all to see instead.
App used to work okay. Seems as if it just keeps getting worse. Trying to edit setting on my ROG buds and can't even get into them. What's the point of having all these options if I can't get in to make adjustments. If we can't have an app that works for full functionality, maybe it's time to cut the price in half since they are no different than standard buds. Come on, ASUS. You're better than this
In concept this is a very useful app. In practice it is extremely infuriating to have it randomly disconnect from my computer for no reason. Whatever I do I cannot get it to stay connected for more than 10 min at a time. Also getting the camera to focus on the QR code is a giant pain. Please make the app automatically connect to the computer when I have it open (and stay connected), rather than having to go through this tedious process every single time.
i've never been a fan of these headphones, partly because YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AN APP TO ADJUST THE VOLUME. now the app doesn't even recognize them so i can't access the equalizer. the volume is way too loud even at my phone's lowest setting. until they fix the bug these are unusable. i guess i needed an excuse to replace them anyway?
This app refuses to see my rog centra true wireless earbuds. I bought them specifically for gaming on android but the app keeps telling me it sees no device when they are clearly paired. I've done everything I possibly could to allow the app to pair but there's no fixing it. A pop up says to permit background execution. I've done that. It says to check the battery settings and give it permission. I did that. I like to tinker but after 2 days of messing with this on android I'm done.
