Absolute garbage. App takes 4 minutes to notify me that someone activated my camera. Delivery people are long gone by the time I can see the pic or video. Videos are grainy and too far to see who came to my house. I joke that Elvis could have come to my house. I wouldn't know because I can't see good pictures. I have to constantly reload the app even though I am opening it from it being closed. videos don't load quickly and app will not respond until I close and restart. Not cool!
is the crappiest service I've ever bought half the time it doesn't pick up people like it's supposed to or it takes 20 or 30 minutes to give me a notification when somebody's at my door. plus I was told I can cancel it anytime but when I tried they wanted to charge me $1,000 to cancel my service. The salesman was a scam artist I would not recommend the service at all.
the video camera's ability to detect and distinguish between a person, animal, or car is absolutely horrible and constantly being set off incorrectly. Spider webs are being detected as people. It's honestly unsafe because it has happened so much that I choose to ignore the notifications now, so if there ever was an actual intruder outside my house, I probabaly wouldn't even know. In addition, the app offers no option to delete clip all together.
The only thing that went smoothly was the installation. A few hours after that one of the sensors fell off the wall and broke, I was told someone would be out 2 weeks later to fix the broken sensor. I canceled my subscription because why would I pay for something I can't use and now no technician is available for another week and the alarm system keeps randomly going off. When you turn the whole system off it turns back on 15-20 minutes later.
This app is no longer useful. I have tried to figure out why it no longer notifies me a reminder when I leave home to set the alarm and I can't find one reason it shouldn't. Customer service is useless. ALL my location services are activated to where it should work but nothing does. The app is clearly at fault and it's clearly not on me.
