I absolutely am at comfort with Trinity Health myChart. I only rate it a 4 because videos are not valid to view by medical team, as are photos. somethings are hard to describe (movent) with words. I recently uploaded a video, it did show submited and attached. However the nurse informed me that the ability for staff and Doctors to view videos attached in messaging on MyChart is not possible on their end; as like a photo is. being only photos are able to be viewed, it limits the apps abilities.
This app is totally frustrating. My Chart cannot remember my name AND password for any length of time. For example, they had lost it yesterday and I had to go through the whole process of resetting it and today they are once again telling me that I am trying an invalid password. I'm not doing anything different. Trinity Health MyChart is not helpful. A phone number would be appreciated so a person could talk with someone instead of being constantly told that "they're using an invalid password"
This is a phenomenal app! Saint Alphonsus knows how to do it correctly when it comes to my chart! Leaps and Bounds above St Luke's in regards to using the application and making it compatible for all Primary Care doctors! One-Stop shop with a biometric login for making it easier to not have to have passwords and or change them etc. Everything is uploaded in real time. This makes it much easier for all the doctors and for the patient as well!!!
Well this new app has lots of bells and whistles... with lots of problems! To schedule an appointment you have to scroll through over 30 medical options.. with option sets and presets. Many options are very technical. My tests! I can't access them..but I can on the old app. To make an appointment it shows my closest facility is 200 miles away..what! 😩 🤯😵😠🤬
I am impressed with MyChart! I can see lab test results, medication info, and even directly message my doctor without having to call and speak with a receptionist! Anytime I send my Doctor a message I get a reply quickly. You can even ask questions at the bottom after viewing lab test results etc. It's very easy to use and it makes visits less stressful! Also, I am able to fill out questionnaires in there leaving less paperwork to fill out the day of my appointment!
