Terrible app. If you changed your phone # or forgot your password, you're out of luck. You have to fill a form and hit send and wait until someone gets back to you to explain how you're able to get back into your account. The FAQ option gives no option for any directions what to do if there are log in issues. We're in the year 2026 with high technology capabilities almost all companies have today you would think the company's own app would have a login issue options to click on for help. Nope!
I think this app works amazing. Specially when it comes to getting Lab results on the go and for those who are busy on a day to day bases. Additionally, it helps to maintain the lab results all in one place versus having to call different doctors. MyLabCorp app makes it easier when it comes to maintaining and keeping track of my health.
Logging on may take upto 3 to 4 times. This app is frustrating. When logging in, a confirmation code is sent to your phone by text. You enter the code, and the app immediately logs you out. This has occurred on at least 4 different occasions. You end up repeating the login process at least 3 to 4 times before you finally get logged in. When you do get logged in, everything works smoothly. Just getting into the app is frustrating.
Used to be fine. Now absolutely horrible. Can no longer login with valid credentials. Flashes an error message for about a quarter of a second, then returns to login screen. Have cleared cache & data, uninstalled, reinstalled, clicked my shoes together while chanting "there's no place like home". Finally gave up and fell back to logging in from a chrome browser. If I can locate a copy of the older version, I'll reinstall that one. That version was absolutely fine before the updates.
App opens to a white screen that says LabCorp/Patient then does nothing. It refuses to open. useless. Over two months later still an issue! the app has only worked a handful of times out of over fifty times trying in a couple months. over half a year later still not working correctly. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared Cache etc. Hit and miss. works less than 20% if the time. Seems to be server issue their side if things when trying to connect. Sucks bad
