The app is pretty easy to use. However, I'm hoping for feedback on how I can make the alarms on this app silent. I was on the other side of the house after putting my hearing aids in the charger, and every minute or so my phone kept notifying me that my right hearing aide wasn't connected. A few notifications would have been fine but I received 10 - 15, at 1 min or less intervals. That's really irritating when your in the middle of doing something and your phone non stops sounds notifications.
Good but could be better. every so often one of my hearing aids would not connect to the app and will start pissing me off because I have to keep truning Bluetooth on and off and sometimes that will not work and then eventually it connects but now im having a very difficult time with connecting my right hearing aid to the app and its not connecting at all and the app keeps closing saying there's an error.
I've had Resound hearing aids for about a year. I've had to uninstall and install this app at least a dozen times. My audiologist says the app was designed for an iPhone. I have an Android. (I hope it works better than this for an iPhone) The noise filter basically just mutes everything. Try going bowling with this. It's awful. I wish I went to a different doctor who had different aids and app.
New bug they'll never fix or wait months to fix, when streaming to my hearing aids, the only reason I got these god awful things, if I get a notification the sounds stops streaming, until I get ANOTHER notification, then it'll come back in one ear. I HAAAAATE these hearing aids, I've NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, IT'S NOT MY PHONE IT'S THE TRASH APP. I also hate the sound quality, feedback GALORE. Can't wait til ins help pay for an update, it won't be Resound
ReSound should absolutely be ashamed of their development team and this app. Settings are not sent to the hearing aids. Every night you charge them, they factory reset. Imagine spending time finding a comfortable setting with the frequencies that work best for you, you take the time to save it as a favorite, even giving it a name... awesome. You charge your heading aids over night and pop them in to get ready for your day. The second you step outside you realize they've reset again.
