The billing process is the worst. On the app, you CANNOT view any bills without knowing the acct number. You dont know the acct number because you aren't getting bills! I have to call anytime I want a bill. Regardless,....Why does each encounter have a new acct number? I am 1 patient. ALL of my encounters should be under ME as an established patient, not new numbers everytime I come. The people I have worked with in the billing department have been amazing! The system used- sucks!

Terrible session state management. System is often down or throws error messages for several minutes. Slow when it works. Telephone support is foreign and essentially worthless. They can't troubleshoot technical problems and won't escalate to their IT support staff. I can't believe HCA has an app of this quality. Please don't tell me to call your support number because that's what I'm already referring to.

This app is so frustrating! The biometric log in works AMAZING! The app itself freezes everytime I try to open recent documents. It has consistently been an issue in the last 2 months. I wish it would let you download documents like MyChart does. I also wish I could download an itemized bill like I can in MyChart. My HCA primary doctor has also mentioned not being able to view the documents from my hospitalization in February. She mentioned the notes would not display.

honestly i wish i could give -5 stars, just use the web page the app either isn't designed well or isn't maintenanced well. on the web page username and password register fine and I can access my records. tried to DL the app for faster access but when I enter the exact same info I have been using, it says you must reset your password it was checked, double checked and triple checked. it was uninstalled and phone reset and app re-downloaded still verified it was the latest version. simply trash

I have loved this app up until about a week or so ago. I had logged in to check on my last blood draw levels and I got all the way to the part where you can click on that days blood draw and it kicks me all the way out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still can't look at any records or results. Once this issue is fixed I would most definitely give it at least 4 stars. The reason for that is that the app is slow to load records once you click on what you want.
