this app used to work really well and then suddenly the logbook stopped loading. so now there is no point in recording what I've eaten as I can't access it later. when I contacted Abbott I was basically told it can't be compatible with every phone and to stop allowing phone system updates! Really!? recently my phone has upgraded to Android 15 and the Bluetooth is on the fritz. so no chance of getting alarms overnight because it's just not picking up sensor data. may have to go back to my GP for
Was brilliant and was really helping with my diabetes management. Recently though the app has stopped updating readings automatically every minute and I have to manually scan the sensor which kind of defeats much of the point of having Libre. I have fed this back to Abbot but bar a pretty bland canned response and despite me sending through a detailed description of what's broken I've not heard anything back. 5* when the app is working but at the moment it's broken.
Exclamation mark on Alarm constantly on for a few days now. Tried all troubleshooting options but still there. Anyone else raised or having this issue? Before this incident, there have been a few occasions where my blood sugar level goes low, but the alarm did not notify me. This is not acceptable The sensor is always being lost. My phone Bluetooth doesn't find the Abbott or Libre 2 to connect. Really frustrating
Until recently my Libre 2 app was working perfectly well, suddenly the Libre 2 app keeps on losing the signal with my sensor. Even after I scan the sensor with my phone, it pretty much loses the signal almost immediately. I called the helpline number advised on these reviews. They were very nice and efficient and immediately sent me out a new sensor free of charge. This is all very well but if the sensors refuses to communicate with my mobile phone, it doesn't help me.
The current version 2.13.1 generally works very well with the Libre 2 plus sensors. However it is still impossible to access the logbook, which has been the case for a long time. My experience since 2.10.1 is similar to others here. I'm on the second sensor since the upgrade and have had almost continuous signal loss, resulting in loss of alarms. Sensor only seems to reconnect when scanned, but then loses signal even when phone is with me. This did not happen with the previous version.
