Update: Still haven't fixed this problem. This is a bad look for you Dexcom, not caring for your customers after you have been notified of the issue. I'm truly disappointed. The numbers from the last 24 hours isn't showing up when I use the bar to scroll across my data. I've seen others with the same problem. you need to get this fixed ASAP. Also, you never applied Daylight Savings Time to the graph.

As of late, I have been unable to log in to the application. While it still displays my current glucose trends, the data is not being uploaded and therefore shared with my endocrinologist. When I attempt to log in, I get nothing but a white page. The application really should use a cached and tokenized system to retain log in status between application updates.

I have been using Dexcom G6 for several years and it was great, until they decided to quit manufacturing it. I guess they decided the app was no longer worth updating, because it is completely useless now. Over the last 3 months, I have spent more time receiving alerts that the signal has been lost than I have getting my glucose readings. Changing transmitters and sensors has not made a difference. I'm going to stop using Dexcom all together.

I've been using the G6 for almost 2 years now and it started off great, but lately it's inaccurate and I have to constantly calibrate it using the old finger stick method. Now the app doesn't even show your readings throughout the day no matter what time frame you choose (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24hr) which is really dumb. It only shows what's reading at that time. Customer support said to download the Clarity App, but that has nothing to do with the glucose history on the G6 app. Switching to Libre.

I can only view historical readings within the hour. It keeps a record of it, a log, by hovering over the little dot that represents a five-minute increment. But anything more than that, the three hours or six hours or 12 hours or 24 hours, I can't see anything. I'll drink the line across each of the 5 minute increments in any of those other windows, 3, 6, 12, 24 hours, It doesn't show me any numbers. I've cleared the data, the cache and data for the app. I've logged out and back in, reinstall
