So I've used this app for years (I make sure my apps are updated,) and all of a sudden they make to where you have to log in EVERY time you open the app. When you open the personal ad screen, it says that the version I'm using is unsupported and to download the "new and improved" version in the app store. No details about that when you click on the message. This is the only one I can find, even uninstalled to be sure and it still pops up. What gives?
I have been tying to figure this app out. The deals are great but the app is not user friendly. I spent more time In the store looking coupons up than I did shopping. Is there way to categorize the coupons so they are easier to locate (i.e. meats and seafood, cereal and breakfast, canned goods....etc) instead of having to scroll through all of them until you happen upon the one you are looking for? I was so frustrated with the app I won't shop there again anytime soon!
Please make it so someone can zoom in on the weekly ad, other grocery apps do this, why can't bashas? It's hard to see the items on a phone and no I won't use the list view, seems redundant. I just want to be able to zoom in and see what deals I want to add. I will raise my review higher if the ability to "pinch to zoom in/out" is added.
App doesn't work half the time, freezes up. Also, very confusing: you select an item within weekly ad, it gets circled (assuming it goes to your list...but it doesn't go to your list!). You select coupons, they go to your list, but the list isn't laid out by individual (potential purchased) items, its laid out by department. Another round of clicking. In a grocery store...extremely confusing!!!
The app is pretty easy to use but too many times, the final price on an item isn't even close to the sale price on the app. Employees don't attempt to try to fix it. I've pretty much given up on the digital prices because even if you activate an item and you point out that is the same product, weight, size...it makes no difference.
