Very slow at certain times of the day. Gotta find the best time for your phone/your area. update: took a star away, may even cancel subscription. glitching constantly, (unable to submit feedback without wasting more time!?) your loss SMULE if its not fixed. I pay $49.00 automatic payments and rarely use it. when I do, I expect it to work, or atleast have options for feedback instead of the rediculas runaround. Also TOOK FOREVER to download. I have 15-20 minutes to spend... NOT 3 HOURS.
Fun app -- if it works properly. The output sounded like hash, and it didn't even record my voice -- just the video and the music. Not my phone, as the sound on my video camera was very clear. I would continue using this, but only if there is a fix to the sound, or a workaround to make it work. Otherwise, I won't be renewing when my subscription is up.
I'll leave a 2 star review to be generous, it sucks that you have to pay for something that should be free, and by that I mean the user should have control over what they want to sing, and the app doesn't allow me into it after a single song recording, even though I live in a place with great internet. Just infinite load screens. Another gripe i have is how do duets even really work, when there's only one lead? Might as well just practice alone. For the rich, great app though.
The variety of songs and the quality is amazing! But It's definitely not worth the VIP. It's genuinely so expensive for only a week! You could only sing duets for free everything else has to be with a VIP account. (except if you get the free songs but those are extremely limited) furthermore, after a couple of days of using this app my recordings seem to lag behind the actual audio! Most of the other reviews agree. If they fix those two problems then this would be five stars for me.
Greed and Ads have taken over. It use to be $4.99 a month and now it's $19.99 a month and they offer $9.99 a week if you don't want to pay $19.99 monthly. What a joke. I'd rather pay Netflix, HBOMax, Peacock and other streaming apps this amount because it's worth it. This is a karaoke app. Lots of songs play terribly. I've switched over to Starmaker because you can sing solos free, enter challenges, and so much more. I don't pay to use it either. Smule yall really messed up with this.
