I signed up on May 15th, 2026 for 30 days and the service was going fairly well, helps to receive texts while I'm abroad, but then today I went to use it for a verification text again and I'd been logged out of the app, can't log back in, there doesn't seem to be another troubleshoot option. Hoping support will fix this soon as I'm paid thru the rest of the month and can't currently use it.
This app is deliberately sending bogus calls to your number to use up your credits, so you have to buy more. it's becoming a sham app. it was a beautiful app at one time, and still is to a point, but is apparently being attacked by Nazi war criminals.Get it right Dingtone, don't be greedy. you have ways of earning money 💰 💰💰 💰 instead of having to resort to robbery edit. turned it back to 4 star. Apparently there's a block all calls option and also to not block callers of your choice. BEST!!
Thieves! The customer service feature on the app is a scam... Email communication is useless I paid for credit via iTunes gift card ($20.99 for 1,000 credit) and my apple account was debited but I didn't get the credit...it was pending for over 72 hours ,I sent series of emails with proof of payment and I didn't get any refund or credit... I used the "someone else should pay" option ( $4.99 for 200 credit) I didn't get any credit despite communicating with the customer service via email...
I purchased the premium monthly subscription. but it doesn't tell you until AFTER you've paid, that you have to pay extra credits to "set up and use your voicemail". what the hell kind of deal is that??? I know sideline is the most expensive out of all of the Wi-Fi and VoIP number calling apps. but at least they have an all-inclusive service plan with voicemail and the works. maybe it's time to just switch over to them or another app & fork it over & be through with it. this was ridiculous.
Not great. 2 stars for basic functionality, but I paid for a subscription and they still flooded me with ads. I had to pay because they literally hid the contents of the text message claiming it was for "security". Security for their wallet I guess. Constant push notifications to purchase more credits and no real value. I went with Hushed instead, same monthly price and it doesn't feel like a 90s website full of pop-ups.
