I have never been into listening to podcasts, but they have all the best sermons and homilies and studies I listen to on YouTube without all the visual distractions. 2/9/26- update- saw the Bookmark feature, can't wait to try it out💖I don't listen as often as I should, but the alerts are timely, and they have a great selection, even for a person like me who watches and listens to mostly faith-based content. This is a wonderful app!!

Podbean is so much more straightforward, and easier to use than Spotify. I'm a 64-year-old grandma and mom, so maybe that is helpful context. I try to stay connected and use Spotify to listen to a couple of my favorite podcasts because they are monetized much better there than here. But I really do not enjoy using Spotify, and find it very frustrating, while using Podbean is very intuitive and easy. I don't understand how content creators get paid, so I will go back and forth for now . for me.

been using this app for a while and i am finally done. the apps ability to remember where i left off on a podcast has gotten so bad that if i pause an episode for more then 15 minutes it wont resume playback and the episode will need to be restarted. this is horrible and was always a small issue with podbean but now its a major issue whenever i even pause for more then 15 and every episode needs to be restarted from the beginning. finally i give up.

My sound works now, but it keeps stopping and giving me the error 2002 that says "connection timeout". I have no idea what this means or why it keeps stopping every couple of minutes. Sometimes it goes days without doing it, and suddenly does it constantly. This app pains me. I don't know why I still use it. Almost 3 years later now. Still using it. Been much better, but after the last update, it's back to stopping. Been good awhile now, upping rating from 2 to 4.Thx!

So far I'm loving it. I'm a Google Pixel user so I definitely relied on YouTube music over the years for all my podcasts. I'm getting honest I didn't realize how much better it could be. every now and then I find myself missing the video feature of listening to podcasts on YouTube. thank you organized list over that any day.
