Was automatically renewed 5/20/2026 for a 3 month membership. The app hasn't functioned since. when browsing a yearbook, the "buy yearbook" prompt pops up and cannot be cancelled by tapping the X, nor can it be swiped away. Also, when looking at my account summary, it states I renewed on 5/20 but the new subscription starts 5/23. after contacting the administrator about this issue, I was given instructions on how to cancel the automatic renewal and cancel the sub. I will cancel.
Not real happy with them. I found several different profiles of me that I didn't put on there and they made it confusing when I was thinking about subscribing because they were showing two different apps with the same name. I was informed by DuckDuckGo that it was not a secure site at all. By then I had already paid for a month so when I had to make up a password it included the info that I knew it wasn't secure and, of course, they made me come up with another password. Lol.
Horrible app. Nothing works right. Like you get a notification that someone liked your post but when you click it goes nowhere. And everything costs extra. You can't even message someone without paying. They need to make the app ad supported as an option. I'm not paying to message someone I haven't seen in 40 years.
Can't get into the app now. They will send you notifications that someone just visited your profile when in all actuality they probably visited it within the last week or two or the last month. They do all of this to entice you to keep coming back don't fall for it. Another thing that they will do is right when your membership is due to be ending all of a sudden they will start promoting your profile heavily so that other people will start visiting your profile.
I paid for a subscription and I have not received anything. No upgrades, still unable to receive messages or response. I have my Google receipt proving my payment was made.
