Horrible app. Horrible. Coupons don't work, they give you a birthday treat that you clip but are still charged for, it says it's closed when you go to check out. Yeah, it needs tons of work! Said it was closed (5:00 p.m.) so you're losing money. This time, I drove there and ordered through the drive through but most would just choose another place.
So I can't see the price of items anymore unless I view the shopping cart. I'm not playing the hidden price game so I'm ordering from somewhere else until this "used car dealership feature" is removed. Edit: The "management" response is a joke. I have sixteen other restaurant apps on my phone, and not one of them has this issue. Your development team did a crummy job of implementing this app. Stop with the excuses. Own it, and fix it.
The app is terrible. I have ragequit multiple times while trying to order and ended up going somewhere else to eat. The app seems to be designed by someone that wants customers to never eat White Castle again. Also, why are the prices a secret? Show the prices next to each item. Edit: I do not need my hand held to navigate your difficult app. Display the prices next to each item and make the app easier to use. Convenience is a major selling point of fast food, make your app more convenient.
The app is very confusing and it does not work properly. I tried to pay with my Google pay, and it does not allow you to reach it no matter how hard you try. I also ordered free fries through my rewards. It only gave me 15 minutes to redeem. When I tried to apply it to my order, the promotion disappeared. Also, the 15 minutes would have expired due to the pick up time and the drive- thru line. Work needs to be done to this app immediately. It is very problematic.
You might be able to squeeze a few dollars' worth of deals out of this app at first if you're willing to put up with the stupidly designed maze of menus, but in the long run there is no benefit to having it beyond the ability to place an online order. Your accrued rewards will disappear randomly, coupons or promotional offers will vanish before you can actually use them, and the app is just poorly made in general. It's a lot more of a headache than it's worth.
