Another terrible food app. Do not bother. I filled all of the necessary requirements to redeem an offer. The app did not deduct the price from the item at checkout when I was at the final screen. One of the biggest benefits of using an app is the ability to order ahead. If I need to go to the restaurant in order to redeem the offer, it defeats the purpose. I am going somewhere else because I refuse to purchase from a company and app that does not honor offers and discounts.
The app used to work fine for years but it's been broken for over a year now, and they still haven't fixed it. You want to place an order? good luck! Half the time my order will not go through. You want to access their offers or your rewards points? GOOD LUCK once again! 9/10 times I go to order it just loads indefinitely, basically making it impossible to use your points. So if you are thinking, I feel like ordering some Whataburger, don't even bother, the app doesn't function.
Doesn't rack up rewards quick and when you finally get enough rewards for something, it takes your points but will not let you purchase. When you try to add reward and purchase again, it says already redeemed. It has messed up purchasing on almost every single time I try to place an order. I don't even bother using it anymore. Whatadisappointment!
I ordered breakfast right before 11am once. They couldn't do the order and set it for 11pm instead.. which needless to say I needed food right at 11am. I never got a refund and was shocked a big corporation would allow such a big slip up in UI and refunds. regardless it's been months and I still think about this. I won't order breakfast from this app.
This app is horrible. The UI itself is worse than a first year intern could do. The overall functionality is terrible, with screens that freeze, buttons that won't respond, and no way to delete an order before paying. The 'rewards' are laughable and who displays a QR code on the phone you are using? Exactly how do you expect me to scan a code while I'm using the app from my phone? I don't know how much they paid to have this app developed but it was a complete waste of money.
