most of the dining options are wrong. app does not update availability for many restaurants and snack carts. for example, in Feb, they still had food items listed from Christmas, and even earlier discontinued items remain on menus. please update, also give notification if some places are closed. we were looking at menus, found something we liked just to walk all the way there, and find most of the dining options closed.
Tried to add existing tickets, the 1st worked, the rest of my family's just produced an error that the guest can't be added at this time, try again later. I did, always same issue. Eventually it just says I've exceeded too many linking attempts, which of course only happened because it told me to keep trying again later. Seems like a useless waste of time, but let's hope the super Nintendo world stuff isn't just as broken.
This app is terrible. You can only buy 1 day at a time. Each time you have to reenter all the same information again which is painful in a phone. Address, card number etc.. Despite the fact that you are logged in the app with a username and password. After you purchase the tickets they are sent in a email but NOT added to the apps wallet!!! To add it to the wallet you have to find the email and the ticket number. I really have better things to do with my time.
Each time I try to do something on it, it asks me to sign in even though I checked REMEMBER. Also, every time I would sign in, the system seems to "FORGET" my password somehow. It doesn't matter if I'm home or actual place. It just seems to not work properly continuously. It's unreliable & inconsistent. I just had to change my PASSWORD coz it says that it doesn't recognize my acct. I've renewed it and changed the password then, too. I've probably changed my password 10x if not more within the yr
The Super Nintendo World section of the app is broken for me. It won't let me in. It has a generic message about internet connectivity and wifi, but I have no problem there. I tried the app on an old phone and found the same problem.
