The app is clunky and definitely needs some work. The biggest issue is if you want to add sports equipment, bikes, golf clubs, etc, you have to ring, go through a myriad of options before speaking to an advisor about adding equipment. It's clunky, outdated and takes way too long. Other travel apps allow you to add/remove things in the app itself, but Tui's app is 10 years in the past. I know a lot of sports people who won't use Tui for this particular reason and would rather use Jet2.

Useless, utter rubbish. Impossible to do anything. I was trying to cancel coach transfer as we are getting a taxi instead. Should be easy - just press the option to cancel transfer, but it just says unable to connect, try later or oops something went wrong. Tried ringing instead but after pressing numerous options I was held on hold and then the line went dead. Dreadful customer service, won’t use TUI again.

the app is completely useless. I can't pick the right country to set it up. the chat function is miserable and doesn't really help. you keep getting tossed from agent to agent, no case number or anything. they keep asking for me to confirm everything is ok/done although we have on-going stuff. furthermore it would not let me add my booking to the app on a 2nd device. the agent let's you know you can file complaints but they never actually processed. there's more but that's all I can fit in.

Awful app. I've registered passport information 3 times and each time it confirms entry and then the next time you log in it's missing again. Had already paid to select my seats at the point of booking but when trying to select via the app, it adds £170 fee, resulting in a call to TUI and 25 mins on hold. Other companies manage to do this so much better. Absolute shite.

Bait-and-switch trap. Massive waste of time. I downloaded the app, registered, and found a holiday. At the final payment step, the app glitched, kicked me out, and redirected me to a completely different trip. When I immediately tried again, the price had jumped by £200 per person! Feels like a cheap trick to force customers to pay more at the last second. 1 star is too much for this unfair experience.
