The coupons are pretty restrictive, and personalized to you...so you get the ones you never use. But the big issue is customer service. Like any ordering app, it sometimes lets you order things that the location can't provide (out of stock, machine down, etc.). The problem is that support won't issue a refund. They think it's acceptable to toss you some reward points and shoo you away.
the app used to work okay but on two separate occasions over the years it will randomly just stop doing the scan to pay option. I have a credit card linked to it and it worked just fine for a long period of time and then no longer works. what's the deal? I have uninstalled and reinstalled since there are no updates showing still does not take my credit card when I am paying for my order. what's the deal. the employees say that it is very common
I like not having to speak my orders, to take my time mid-decision, and see the price before deciding anything. And Roll Up The Rim is done well! My main issue is confidence I'm ordering from the right location. I wish a map showed for each, or at least distances on the main search page rather than having to click through to verify. Street name isn't enough due to so many Tim Hortonses around! Also, more stores need to check the mobile queue more often. And have a "pick up here" sign!
App was cool until y'all started taking my money with no refund at all. Can't make a pick up order with y'all taking my money and saying that there was a "Processing error". You take my money but I go to the store they don't have my order. Make a complaint and I get some automated email about how it'll come back to my bank since it's not a hard sell. Please. I've been waiting days for those pending transactions to stop and come back to me. Thanks Tims app. 👎
Nice new feature where you just take our money when ordering delivery online or in the app. The order just processes indefinitely. Out $25 between two orders with no refund insight as they decided it was "delivered" not sure who got that because it wasn't me and it shows the order is still being prepared. Interesting. I'm out. Keep your mediocre donuts.
