Always having to use the app on a phone makes the calendar function ridiculous. Aside from the ads, which are annoying but necessary for the app to remain free, I get it. Haven't had ui issues while using the app. I could be a 5* app if it could be used on a laptop or similar device.
Developers really need to make this app more like Game Changer. This app is only good for messaging your team and adjusting your schedule. It would also be nice if it interacted more seamlessly with the admin side of the desktop sports connect back end... For example, when a coach is assigned to a team, they should get an email explaining how to use Stack Team App and get their team info without trying too hard.
Outdated, but mostly works. If you accidentally post in the wrong chat channel (which is VERY easy to do since clicking notifications on your phone doesn't navigate to that comment), you cannot delete even though there is an option for it. I'm sure this is a bug. The UI is outdated and there is no support opportunities to answer questions. It's old, but it technically works.
I'm not happy with this app, but it is the one our coaches choose to use, so we have no choice. It is not user friendly. Everything too compartmentalized. Too much clicking to get where you want to be. I have three teams to get info from and half the time the messages don't show up. It says new messges, but nothing pops up when you click on it. Would rather just communicate on a facebook page. Will delete the app once their season is over.
Can not undo an item or a team once it is on the web page. May 29 Update. I had a lot of problems when I first tried to load this web page onto my cell phone. Made a few mistakes and could not undo the mistakes. Went back into the site a week later and resolved some issues and found a way to undo some errors. I also needed help from another team member to get the site to work properly. It is now running fine, but the site is very difficult to set up. I would think Team App could make their site a bit more user friendly.
