I can't login because it won't let me update my password. The message stated that my phone number is in use. I tried a reset and never received an email. This app worked well until the change. I haven't been able to get in since last year. The store personnel can't help because they don't know how to work the app. They tried pulling me up with my phone number, but nothing came up. I'm losing points because I can't this cleared up. Fix it!!!!
Love the smoothies but hate the app. You can't even look at the menu after hours to plan ahead. I was going to buy about a dozen smoothies for the construction crew working on my house as a treat. But it's after hours so I can't view the menu to steer clear of certain workers allergens. Also what's the point of scanning your rewards in store if it doesn't give you points or put those items in your recent purchase history??
App is very difficult to navigate. Finding a store is difficult, selecting the store after you find it is difficult and then after you pick out your items having to click on the blender is not straightforward. however, I do the like the eventual convenience of ordering ahead and the rewards. dropping a star because 2 years later and I still can't get it to change the location
I go to Smoothie King quite a bit before I go to work! I will say the girls that work there are the best they work hard and they're always so nice I give them 10 Stars! even when really busy they still try to get my smoothie out quickly since I do order online beforehand! so thank you to all the people up front! their service and smiles make this experience much better since you don't find that anymore at a lot of places
The app format just keeps getting uglier and worse to use. What did you do with the favorites tab? Each time there's a big update, it takes longer to order 1 smoothie. I get the same thing every time, but it takes longer to order. More buttons, more pages, more space taken up by advertising food that's inconvenient to eat.
