I spent over a month trying to get the app to work properly. Two fix tickets, and attempting to log on from a computer to navigate their dashboard as instructed by their so called customer support. All for nothing. The app won't work to transfer anything, and any attempt to log in from a computer ends with a "something went wrong" screen. And of course there is Noone that can be contacted to attempt to troubleshoot. This app is a scam. Now I'm closing my account and worried about my pers info.
Transaction fails every time, what's the point! This app is a scam. Customer support is unresponsive. I had to call multiple times even just to connect with a human being on the other side and they ended up giving generic info without solving the issue. Tried messaging them as well, but you guessed it right, they don't respond. I would say don't bother creating an account, anyways the limit is just USD 4500 per month.
A few days using this app, and I already dislike it. Made a couple of transactions, and as soon as I tried to transfer my money out, my account was restricted. For transactions, mind you. Then, they wanted ID and photo for verification. Still waiting to be verified, I guess. Customer suppost is next to nothing, and you get nowhere with no one. Worst money app ever!!!!
These people are outright stealing money from folks via small charges called "inactivity fee". What's worse, I'd have never know if I didn't accidentally login to the app and see the charge nearly 2 weeks ago. This is further compounded by the fact that they go through great pains to conceal your ability to remove any of your payment information, or even delete the account. I had to look up the process online, and even then - it's difficult to find. I do not recommend this to anyone.
I use it for more thsn two years. And, for the third time, it happens the same: The cards stop working in any transactions; the help desk says it's everythjing ok with my account, nothing is blocked, I just have to wait more 24 hours for any additional reset and for this third time, I'm waiting for the reset for more than a month!!!!! MOre than a month with just generic response from skrill and no solution. And I still can't use my money. I can't even take it off to cancel my skrill account!!!!!
