While Outdoor AL offers offline functionality for maps and routes, an internet connection is required for certain features such as downloading map updates, sharing locations, and accessing community content.

You can contact support or send feedback through the in-app support feature, which allows you to submit inquiries directly, or by visiting the Outdoor AL website for additional contact options.

You can manage or cancel your Outdoor AL subscription through the app's settings or the app store where you purchased it. Detailed instructions are provided in the FAQ section of the app.

To activate your account, follow the link sent to your email during registration and set your password.

Your Customer Number is available in your account settings under "Profile" in the app.
