I bought Mantis X3, X10 Elite and BlackbeardX. I absolutely love the whole system. Easy to understand and use. Great feedback and corrections. My shooting has improved just from better trigger control. I have started my BlackbeardX training and now realize just how much I actually move the rifle when I shoot. Can't wait to see the final results. I also use the Laser Academy with the MantisX. Love it all.
I purchased the Mantis X system about a year ago and since then the support and application have only gotten better. I really enjoy the dry fire drills which is the main reason I purchased it. Additionally, the built-in shot timer saves me from having to use a separate one. If you seriously care about improvement and you have already invested the money in classes and formal training, this is an awesome way to keep getting value without needing to interact with a trainer.
Amazing product and software. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra and go for the x10 Elite covers anything you could shoot with. I wish I had purchased this product years ago when it first came out. My skills have improved in leaps and bounds in one week compared to years at the shooting range. And I did not have the expensive of the range and the ammo. The best part is this can be used dry fire as well live shooting to test your recoil.
Very cool device that THOROUGHLY analyzes your trigger press. It installs on your rail easily, downloading the app is simple, sync it to your phone through Bluetooth, and start practicing. With the ranges closed due to CV, it's perfect for right now. I'm doing dry fire exercises in my living room. I installed it on an extra handgun and leave it on. I decided to install it backwards (which is no problem, just click the setting) so I could charge the MantisX w/o removing it.
I just purchased the Mantis X3 and I downloaded the Mantis X - pistol/rifle application. It was easy to do the initial setup once I had an account. I have only done two iterations of the basic practice exercise. The feedback is nice, I wish that you could change the information on the target page between the average score and each shot score. I like that it gives you the ability to set different firearm types for each practice iteration. It doesn't have the Springfield XD-S Mod.2 at all though.
