Security & Privacy Review
Never order delivery off this app. It doesn't offer any order tracking, contact with delivery driver, or support line. Half of the delivery orders I've made have never made it to me, and I usually spend a good 30 mins or so trying to get a refund or reorder as you go back and forth between KK and DD support lines. This app always has issues showing past orders and discounts. Just use Doordash or go in person.
Donuts are Great. But Im convinced, KK has a lot of catching up to do re basic Tech. with regard to their online customer base. App keeps logging you out. Doesn't allow you to save login info. App. constantly states your account doesn't exist. Can't even file a issue/complaint on their website without it possibly erasing what you typed, going from App to App.
Impossible to order specialty or seasonal doughnuts. Always says Out of Stock. Now can't even add the order to cart. Just spins. Like someone else said, when you order ahead for pick up, they just wait until you get there to fill the order. No. The point was for me to grab the order and leave. I ordered ahead specifically so it would be ready when I arrived. Krispy Kreme hasn't responded to any reviews in years. Guess they don't care, which is evident with the poor app UX.
Be very careful when using this app. Once you make an order you cannot cancel. There was a discount that I wanted to apply to my order. It didn't apply the order went through. I tried to cancel and use the discount and I was unable to. When I got to the store to pick up and resolve the issue they refused to cancel the order out and let me reorder with the discount.
I usually don’t have a sweet tooth but once in a while the cravings hit and it’s best fixed with a krispy kreme. Just one and then I’m good again. I pre-order on the app and pick up a box and bring it to the office. Everyone loves me and I can get my fix haha I like that it shows calories and all so I can compare and their bundles actually do save a lot of money and you can use their rewards system as well
