Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

So far the app seems to have all the details about attractions, dining, shopping, hotels, transportation, ECT. But the app keeps telling me that the hotels I want to stay at are all booked up. Which isn't true, I called the hotels myself. So that's frustrating.

I don't think I will use klook in the future. I tried to change the schedule due to flight delay, but the company said that if you made a reservation directly, you can change the schedule. Even if you buy on the spot according to your schedule, there is no reason to use klook as there is no queue and the price is the same. I couldn't even use the ticket. Reservation date cannot be changed, non-refundable, and the price is the same. Please check and pay carefully.

Beware, guys! Not all accommodations listed on this app are legitimate or operational. I experienced this today. I traveled a long distance only to find that the contact number provided in my confirmed booking was unreachable, and there was actually no room available upon arrival. Other guests had experienced the same issue. What's even more frustrating is the slow refund process. Not everyone has extra money to immediately book another place. Please be careful and double-check before booking.
