Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.
this app is horrendous. over and over again you try to make an account and it just says a problem occurred. finally decided to uninstall the app and go ahead and spend the money to go with a different airline it's worth paying more you'll just waste your time here move along KLM doesn't care about you. as a 30-year it veteran I have to say pitiful. also when you first fire it up you go through 3 to 5 pop-up ads every single time this is the most unbelievable advertisement
Log in slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept password and pass code registers as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.
The "share your feedback" button doesn't work. The app didn't show the seating chart during check in, it just said "something went wrong". Units of measurement (for baggage allowance) were imperial, and there doesn't seem to be any way to set those to metric (my country is set to the Netherlands).
I dont know what is happening lately but the app is so buggy its almost impossible to use. it takes several minutes and several attempts to get the results of a search. I'm surprised such company is not aware of or does not fix such issues faster. Checking in also failed several times today
