Ever since they re did their app, the rewards are practically useless in comparison to so many other reward apps. A lot of their deals are just spent 10 bucks, and you get 2 dollars off if you happen to come back in 3 days or expire. Or buy 2 smoothies for about 20 bucks, and we will take off 2 bucks. Honestly, you're better off just spending money elsewhere for cheaper, but if you like spending 125 bucks for a free smoothie, it's the app for you. Update 01/08/25 : The Rewards don't work
jamba you have got to find a way to save gift cards onto the app. I've had gift cards that don't work or that aren't recognized by the scanner and this happened twice in the course of a week. plus the rewards (like for a free food item) for some reason aren't being recognized despite being clicked and added to the transaction. pls work on this bc these rewards and coupons have expirations!
Charging a service fee to use the app is ridiculous. If you want to charge for it, just work it into the already prices of items sold or at least make sure the app will work and not take forever each button you press. It's not a customer's job to pay for your fees. I'll just go somewhere that rewards you for using the app. It's meant for loyalty, nothing else.
takes forever to load changes, can't update your payment options at checkout, you have to go out of your cart & navigate to your account settings & update payment card there, error at checkout when you try to use gift card or rewards, won't let you check out with discounts so you have to pay full price even when it shows you have rewards waiting, error msg ambiguous, doesn't tell you what you need to fix, overall poor performing mobile food app. They should take hints from others like Starbucks
the Campbell location always has quick & friendly service! as you're ordering, the team members are listening to you order & making the drinks (& food) before you even pay for the order! I am not familiar with other locations, but I've always had a positive experience at this one! they have tons of healthy options for smoothies, acai and yogurt bowls & tasty, snackable food items. highly recommend for a quick stop on your lunch break!
