I give this app 3 stars because while it is easy to make a reservation and see your reservations, modifying a reservation still requires contacting the company and going through a lot of trouble just to add one night to a stay! All because the rate for that room type changed by $6. And this is for a "club member" that has multiple stays with the same hotel. This app was supposed to make booking easier, not harder! The website was easier to use, tbh.

Don't be deceived in any offers from this app. It will wrecked the value of your rewards accumulated in the past. I bought in to the offer of buying 100k points and to my surprise the value of the previous points that was equal to 10 or 12 nights stay went down to 1 or 2 nights stay. It is not refundable and the customer service can do nothing about it. It is a scam.

Terrible. Once you pay the higher rate for a refundable rate, the app makes sure that "modify reservation" is "not available". They force you to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to listen to their ads before allowing you to make a change. Digital check-in stops working 24hrs from the day of arrival. Their goal is to make it as inconvenient as possible to modify travel plans while making you pay a higher rate to think you can. Returning to Hilton Honors.

I had a family vacation planned, with a current confirmation on the app and the stay was canceled in the hotel's system. I was NOT notified. I set a preference for early arrival that did not stay in the app, so I called to confirm. That's when I found out about the cancellation, on THE FIRST DAY OF OUR VACATION. The front desk would not do anything about it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received... Now, I'm left scrambling to hopefully find another place to stay...

After weeks of not being able to update, and finally doing so, the app keeps insisting that I'm inputting incorrect login information. If that were so, then how am I able to log into the account using my iPhone's app? There is a serious security issue with this "Android" version! When I tap on the sign in tab, I'll either get "access denied", "invalid credentials" or "you don't have permission to access". What is going on!? Deleting!!! Stop loading"cookie" to use the app!
