when you back up it takes you completely out and you lose what was in your cart. The store can't figure it out either they've tried many times. if you put something in your card and you're in the app it should stay there. So please figure out why I had to do this order four times. and I had to split it up and do a separate order for a salad because when you back up it deletes both of my pizzas.
when I submitted my order, the charge went through, but the order itself didn't. Instead I received an error message to check my billing zip code. My details were correct. i submitted again, and was charged a second time, but received the same error. I tried using a different card (same bank, same account, same billing info just a different card number) and the order finally went through. The duplicate charges to my bank cleared themselves up, so now there is just a single pending debit.
Imagine sending someone a survey, you waste your time filling out the survey, and they send you a coupon for carryout. You never order carryout, so its a useless coupon and a worthless gesture. No spot to put an apartment number, so my phone rings all the time when ordering. It's been like that for years with no signs of changing. Their only saving grace is the Bee Sting.
Its a basic app but it has so many small problems. it never remembers my address, even after saving it. it will not use geo location to locate me even if I turn it on. I had to change my phone number because it somehow was not saved and in the process of having to update my phone number before placing the order, it emptied out my cart. Also hitting "Back" on the main screen logs you out? Not clear. the food is good and convenient and the app is simple, but it just needs some extra polishing.
It took me 20 minutes to get it right. I couldn't figure out why it was saying error.... "special characters" so I had to delete the dashes in the cc number! Maybe you can have your tech guy add the dashes into the program so that others won't be confused about your online orders and give up, as I have in the past, because I couldn't figure it out or find it with your pathetic error codes.
